The feedback questionnaire has been developed to gather feedback from staff, students and other stakeholders on the Moodle-based learning system 'Myplace' at the University of Strathclyde. Results will be used to provide an evaluation of the system and its use in academic year 2010-2011 and to inform future work such that developments in 2011-2012 and beyond are prioritised based on user requirements.

The survey should take no more than ten minutes to complete and individual responses will be kept anonymous.  Your email address is only requested at the end of the questionnaire should you wish to indicate a preference for further involvement in our evaluation work.
