The bounday conditions are different on each face of the surface. There are three thermal
nodes in a single layer construction. The bookkeepping point for reporting conduction is half
way between the surface node and the center node. For high conductivity materials the
difference would be smaller than for an insulating material.

Subject: [esp-r] conduction problem
Dear all,
I have a question. If there is one construction which is made only by one material, and one surface is facing external and the other is facing internal zone , if I run this simulation, for this surface, why conduction(inside) and conduction(other face) are not the same? Or should there be some relation between these two outputs?
Regards,
