[esp-r] Ground insulation

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to implement ground insulation in esp-r?
And how this is done?

My building is placed in a cold climate in Östersund, Sweden, and I want to
put a layer of insulation on the ground *around *my building.

In general it will be snow on the ground during the winter that also will
insulate to some extent. Do anyone know if the climate files contain that
kind of information? Will this be taken into account in the simulations?
