[esp-r] ESP-r learner about PCM wallboard/room

Dear sir:
I'm a novice learning ESP-r, in the learning process there are several
problems which I don't solve. Could you recommend some learning tutorial
about complete simulation process, principle and key points of simulation?
The ESP-r cookbook have been download, but the contents which is different
to my software (windows) I felt. And how to add HVAC system into a
model? How to add  PCM into building envelope?
