[esp-r] Stratified tank with 1 HX

Dear all,

While trying to understand how the "stratified tank with 1 HX" component works I came across a reference for relevant documentation

"DEVELOPMENT OF A STRATIFIED TANK MODEL IN ESP-R: MODEL SUMMARY, by Didier Thevenard (April 2007). Available from CANMET Energy Technology Centre, Natural Resources Canada, Government of Canada".

Is this document publicly available? I searched on CANMET website and ESRU related publications but didn't find anything.
