Dear Jeremy
other option is to use the so called BlackBox Model implemented in
ESP-r. This model uses Bidirectional date to describe the optical
properties of your facade (like the g-value, the transmission).
You can find this option in the "Advanced Optics" menu.
You can choose between Two controls types:
Method a: it uses the “standard” control algorithm as the “zone
control” in ESP-r (i.e. you can change your blind position according
to a defined incident irradiation or according to the outdoor
temperature.
Method b: it uses the predefined .tdfa file.
