Dear All,
I am experiencing a problem with ESP-r that seem to have no solution at the moment. I would like to ask you to please help, I am modelling a solid floor and by using the monthly ground profile for the boundary condition of the floor ESP-r gives me unrealistic results for the heat loss (the heat loss through the ground floor is double the heat loss through the ceiling). Moreover, if I insulate the ground floor with 4 centimetres of EPS, the heating load is cut by 40% which is even more unrealistic. I have tried with the BASESIMP method but it does not seem to work. Please help.
Kind regards.
Arianna
