[esp-r] GCC4 problems with Microsoft Windows and H3K reports

Hi,

I have got some problems when i try to use the precompiled version of 
ESP (latest version 11.8, with H3K reports and GCC4 compiler) on 
microsoft Windows (XP).
Exemplars can't be used, some values are set to 0.0 (materials db for 
example), but it's the case for all models and modifications on the db 
and the model. The compilation with GCC3 seams to be OK (as said in a 
readme file, and with the GCC3 version provide in the ESRU website), but 
how can i proceed if i want to enable the H3K reports with the use of GCC3 ?
