[esp-r] about ISH improvements

Hi,

on the ESRU website the planned (and others) improvements of the ISH 
calculations are provided. Are these features actually under development :

- ASCII version of ISH db (output, and perhaps input ?),
- zone self-shading,
- generalised obstructions blocks, with many rotations, or surface 
definition like others surfaces in esp-r,
- Radiance use ?

Do you think that the development of an input routine for ASCII ISH db 
is an easy operation ?
