[esp-r] Re: Heating and Cooling Loads

I think that It also concludes that IES-VE dramatically over estimated  
loads.

I`ve check the outside emissivity and they were the same. There was a  
little difference in the absorptivity, I`ve change it and the  
differences slightly increased (7.44 Heating and 1.19 Cooling). I´ve  
also checked site exposure and differences remains.
