Dear All,

The upcoming Building Simulation 2009 conference in Glasgow provides a rare
opportunity for the dispersed ESP-r development community to meet
face-to-face. We'd like to take this opportunity to discuss a number of
important issues relevant to ongoing and future development of ESP-r.
Agenda items will include:
*	Coordination of major developments.
*	ESP-r version 12.
*	Frequency of release cycle.
*	Supported hardware, OS's, and compilers.
*	Accelerating pre-release testing.

All current and future ESP-r developers are welcome to attend and
participate. The gathering will be held during the conference's lunch break
on the Tuesday (July 28). Reply if you plan to attend so that you will be
on the mailing list that receives the final agenda, room location, and other
logistical information. Please forward any suggestions for agenda items.

Regards,
- Ian
