[esp-r] test Native Windows version of ESP-r at revision 4255 available for testing

I have just compiled a native windows version of ESP-r (development_branch
at 4255) within a new development environment which uses newer graphics library versions
and fresh compilers.

I have tested it on a couple of machines and in preparation for
incorporating the final changes for version 11.7 I need to see if this production
environment works.

If you can test the Installer and open up a few models (exemplars or your own
modes) and let me know  < jon at esru.strath.ac.uk>:

a) issues with the Installer
b) issues with an ESP-r module
c) what version of Windows you were testing on

Usual warnings apply - back up any existing version and model that you
test ;-)
