[esp-r] draft report on temporal patterns of computer electricity demand

Hello all,

I have put together a draft report based on a survey of the
electrical characteristics of some office equipment.  I would
appreciate comments on the report as well as suggestions
and (THIS WOULD BE GREAT) contributions of measurements
from some additional devices.

Looking forward to hearing from you.  Attached is the
report in RTF format.  If someone wants pure ASCII
let me know.
