A recent question about editing zone geometry in the Windows native
version...

This pattern seems to happen on some Windows machines and the native
Windows
version of ESo-r and is not a reportedissue for any of the other
computer platforms.
It seems to happen mostly where a series of numbers are being edited
(e.g. list of surface vertices or the X Y Z of a co-ordinate).
There is a work-around (while we try and debug this). The work-around
is to insert one or two blank characters prior to the initial number and
to change the number of blank character between the numbers and
a few additional blanks after the last number.
Another work-around is to delete all of the characters in the
dialogue and re-type
them.
This is frustrating as the problem does not show up consistently
(i.e. the same code is used to edit file names and that is robust).
