[myplace-announce] Update on Recent Myplace Unavailability

Dear Colleagues and Students,

Myplace continues to experience intermittent service interruptions and the root cause of these problems is still under active investigation. Please be assured that Information Services and Education Enhancement staff are doing their utmost to resolve this problem.

Throughout our investigation, peak system usage has occurred between 10 am and 11am each day and has coincided with the most recent service interruptions, therefore please consider 10am - 12 noon as at risk whilst our investigations and remedial work are ongoing.
