[esp-r] ESP-r and Docker

Has anybody attempted and had success running ESP-r on Docker? I've been
experimenting using Ubuntu and CentOS images, but whenever I try to exec
*prj* or *bps* in text mode I get a dreaded Segmentation Fault.

I've tried using V13.1.1 and V13.2.1 source.
