[esp-r] .opr files

I have been working through the tutorials and am at simulation. I get 
the message:

Some zones lack operation details or have outdated files. The model will 
not support thermal simulation.

I cannot find mention of .opr files anywhere in the 2018 cookbook.

Help please.
