[esp-r] Open Vents

Attached are two .jpg files. The first is a yearly simulation from esp-r 
with the greenhouse vents open bottom and top and the second is the same 
greenhouse vents open in Energy Plus. Clearly something is wrong with 
the esp-r simulation. What and how do I fix it? Also attached is a third 
file which is the esp-r model.
