[esp-r] Re: different heating consumption values for the same day

The way startup days work in ESP-r is:

Say the simulation is for the month of February and there are 10 days startup
then the pre-simulation period includes the last 10 days in January. During the
startup period nothing is written into the results files.

So.... what is happening on the 1st of November? It could be that something
happening on that day is having an influence on the 2nd?

You do not give a magnitude to the difference in heating consumption.
It might only be the first hour of the initial day of the simulation that is different?
Look at timestep data in addition to summary information.

And double check that there are no other differences between the model
that begins on the 1st and the one that begins on the 2nd.

Subject: [esp-r] different heating consumption values for the same day

Dear All,

My question is;
For the same model I make 2 simulations; one of which is between 1 of november and 11 of november. My second simulation is between 2 of november and 11 of november.

As it is seen both of the simulations includes 2 of November. When I compare these two simulation results for 2 of november they have different heating consumptions.

If anyone knows why it happens I will be so happy.

Thank you for your help and time.

best wishes

Gul
