what is stated in the report is to look in esrucom/fanger.F (the

Hello ,every ne. I am making the thermal comfort assessment. ESP-r says that PMV is Fanger predicted mean vote. PMV* is predicted mean vote based on ET rather then TO.

Could you tell me what is ET and TO?
