[esp-r] Change Thermophysical Properties

Hi,

I want to simulate a movable insulation for a thermal mass, like PCM.
I know that I can use change thermophysical property in ESP-r.
I have some question:
1- As you know for adding PCM I should use active materials and add PCM in
a construction. I want to know is it possible that I have a construction
with PCM and change the thermophysical properties?
2- If I can do it with PCM, does ESP-r assign the heat that PCM saves in
itself in a period of time to the switched construction? (I mean that if I
have PCM in the switchable construction, the PCM in the second
construction will be the PCM in the first one, with the heat that it
stored in itself?

I really need your guidance.
