Dear Mike,
The PCM model you would like to use is the simple one (without
overcooling or overheating)
but with the linear function of latent heat flux versus temperature.
Melting temperature should
be lower than solidification. The difference is the phase change
temperature range.
Specific heat is taken for solid phase. Members a and b is the constants
of linear function:
y=ax+b.
Alternatively, you can use a simpler model where latent heat flux is
constant versus temperature.
Then, you need to know only latent heat and both temperature.
