Hi Andy
it sounds like you have narrowed down the place where problems crop up quite a bit. Have you tried adding some write(*,*) lines e.g. for the Tf(x,y,z)? In addition to other variables that may be involved? This is tedious, but often helps get an idea what may be going wrong (and there should be no "scalar vs array" problem).
