CEN 13791 partitions are used for official validation.  Normal users should not
use the CEN 13791 because it forces the same direct solar radiation on both
sides of a partition.  This could only be true if you live in a universe with
two suns.  In our universe there is only one sun and thus direct solar radiation
would find it difficult to strike both sides of a partition wall.
