It would help to have a screen shot focused on the ESP-r application in order
to understand this issue.

It would also be useful to understand if other parts of ESP-r are working
on your machine.....  

a) Can you load one of the exemplar models and run a simulation?
b) Were you able to add windows in walls ok?

Is the localle set so that the decimal point in real numbers is a dot?

system operation: windows vista

i have been install ESP-r BETA version. i use to design single story building. i want to know why when i add door on the wall then other point on surface appear for example i add on n point then m point exist with zero. then when i delete m point, n point also disappear.
when this happen, i use topology to fixed it, but the software closed automatically.
