Dear Cathal
there is a readme in the source tree (manual/OS) for each operating system. The likely easiest way is to set up Cygwin on Windows 7. Then, you have a "unix like" environment and compilation is a breeze.

The Readme.txt file contained in the "src" directory seems to only contain instructions for installation on a linux machine?? Anyone know how I can recompile the source code on windows?
