[esp-r] prj -file *.cfg works but...

Dear all,

The bps (for simulation) doesn't open after re-installing ESP-r!  I used Cygwin. 

BPS just doesn't appear on my screen when trying to open it through UGI as well 
as text shell commend!
I have updated the new version of ESP-r using v11.10 run file. When using v11.7 
the BPS works perfectly. 


Does anyone know what the problem is? Thanking you in advance.
