[esp-r] Create measured climate file in ESP-r

Dear All,
I'm sorry. How can I possibly create my own measured climate file in .xls (see 
file) and import it into a binary ESP-r climate file. The data was taken for 1 
day with a time step every 10 minutes. Please, I do really need some advice on 
this.
