[esp-r] Ideal controls

Is it possible to have an ideal control with the sensor in a different zone than the actuator? I am trying to simulate a central heater controlling the temperature in an outer room indirectly due to ventilation. When I run it the temperature in the room with the sensor fluctuates below the heating set-point, while the temperature in the room with the actuator stays right at the set point. If the control loop was responding to where I placed the sensor, the first room should reach a higher temperature until the second room reaches the set-point. I've tried different combinations (like sense current zone, vs. sense temp in specific zone) but I can't get it to control the right zone.

By the way, I am using the beta release for native windows. With the previous version, the program would immediately shut down when I tried to access the controls section, so I'm glad it's working now.
