[esp-r] Installation esp-r 11.7 on Ubuntu 9.04

I solved by the following methods.

I retrieved libgfortran1_4.1.2-21ubuntu1_i386.deb with Google and  
downloaded it.

$ cd ~/
$ mkdir tmp
$ dpkg-deb -x libgfortran1_4.1.2-21ubuntu1_i386.deb ~/tmp
$ cd ~/tmp/usr/lib
$ sudo cp ./libgfortran.so.1.0.0 /usr/lib
$ cd /usr/lib
$ ln -s libgfortran.so.1.0.0 libgfortran.so.1
