[esp-r] Beta version of native Windows version of ESP-r for testing.

The last round of code modifications has resulted in the ability to
compile the Native Windows version of ESP-r with newer versions
of the GCC compiler series (4.1 and 4.4). Among other things
dozens of the exemplar models have been updated and documented
and the shading calculations are a bit faster.

Before we unleash this on the community we need some
users to use it with existing models as well as in the creation
of new models so we can find out if there are any crash-points.

Typically with the newer compilers debug statements were causing
esp-r to stop (because there was no console to write to). We think
we have dealt with this sensitivity and we have exercised a number
of the interface facilities but we need help!

If you can spare a few hours and are willing to let us know what facilities
you have tested, what you were doing if/when a crash happened as
well as comments on what you see that would be invaluable help.

Send an email to jon at esru.strath.ac.uk if you are willing to join
in the testing. I will then upload a single click installer for you
to try out in the next week or so.
