The ESP-r Cookbook (Nov 2008 version) has been re-linked on the ESRU web pages
user guides page under publications. This is also found under the link Beginners Guide
in the ESP-r Downloads page.

There is a new document Developers Guide in the ESP-r Downloads page which
provides a history of ESP-r code development, details about the layout of the ESP-r
distribution, guidance on compiling it as well as hints on working with the Subversion
source code control.

It is over 50 pages with examples of code blocks, interpretation of syntax errors
good practice in code writing as well as production scripts that will save hours.

It also discusses the rituals that have evolved within the ESP-r community over the
years and how to navigate the process of contributing to the evolution of ESP-r).

Although it is utterly geeky it might provide just the information you need for
simple compiling tasks. It is work-in-progress and it will be under source code
control so your suggestions are appreciated and can be quickly implemented!
