A question about flow network interface...

    In esp-r, there is network flow both in Networks and Controls.
Then what is the difference between network flow in Networks and Controls.
And what is occasion for each network flow. That is very confusing me.
I am looking forwards to your reply.

The control facility (menu) defines controls which apply to networks that
are defined in the flow network (menu).   First define the flow network
and then, if necessary define controls for the flow network components.

There is a 30 page discussion on flow networks and flow controls in the
current ESP-r Cookbook (available for download on the ESRU web site).
