First suggestion is to update to version 11.6.  You may find that this
particular issue does not happen in the newer version.  We have not
had reports of recent failures.

The error message seems to indicate that the geometry file entries
were incorrect.  It was trying to read information about solar distribution
but got a vertex instead.  Check that file and you will probably see that
the number of vertices does not match or the number of surfaces does
not match.

It is normal for the last zone you entered to be shown in perspective
after you have completed the click-on bitmap.  Exit up to the next
level in the menus and you should see all of the zones.

Also, check to see if your version of the Cookbook is up to date.  The
latest one is dated November  2008.

Dear ESP-r Users,

I want to define the zones using the clicking on grid points option. when I click "e" and then "save the zone data" this comment is appear: "Negative or zero zone volume detected. Vertex information maybe in error or surfaces incomplete." I'm almost sure that I selected the points correctly and on right direction, same as what is done in the cookbook page 57. But I also changed the direction to see if anything else happened? The result was the same!

Although I can continue creating other zones, but when I exit from the click on facility only the last zone is appeared in the window. However the related items such as surface attributes, etc for this zone are editable,when I want to change to another zone, the program crashes and write this message:
