I checked routine EDOPT where the file testtag.txt is addressed, but it seemd 
to me that there is no import facility, since the file is only read and data 
written to output. Furthermore I don't understand the format of the file read 
since it doesn't apper to be a WIS report since, e.g.,  the 
tag '*sol_o_tran_direct' is not present, instead the tag appear to 
be 't_sol_o_d', I'm using WIS 3.0.1 .


An additional question. I've implemented the rotation along horizontal axis 
for obstructions and I would like to submit the modified 11.6 code to the 
developers, how can i do it ?
