[esp-r] How to execute ESP-r in MATLAB m file ??

Hi everyone,

I was wondering whether somebody has used matlab scripts in the past to
perform ESP-r tasks  in native Windows (not in Cygwin).

After I write the m file that geneate input file, How can I execute ESP-r in
MATLAB window?

Any advice and help on this will be much appreciated.
