I have not yet installed 8.10, I'm still working with 8.04 and the
required packages are libg2c0 or ling2c0-dev
the command is

sudo apt-get install libg2c0 ling2c0-dev

if the package is not present try installing the package apt-file to  
search the required among the packages

sudo apt-get install apt-file
sudo apt-file update
apt-file search libg2c.so.0
