[esp-r] a master checklist for users of ESP-r

I went through the Cookbook procedures and reviewed recent simulation
projects and created a master checklist for tasks e.g. 'what to do next'
and 'what to check' and 'when to create archives' at each stage of
a simulation project.

I might have forgotten a few issues (let me know) but this does
bring together in one list a summary of good practice.

I will add this (and corrections)  to the Cookbook in the next few weeks.
