[esp-r] esp-r instalation problem?

dear all,
 
I´m trying to install esp-r with fedora core 9 as OS, but when i try to run the package esp-r_v11.5_linux_precomp.run, according instructions (in folder /tmp and as root) the following message appear:
 
[root at localhost tmp]# ./esp-r_v11.5_linux_precomp.runbash: ./esp-r_v11.5_linux_precomp.run: Permission denied
 
Anyone could help me to solve this problem?
