[esp-r] Does somebody know Heating Glass?

Hi~ Everyone.

Recently I heard about a new glazing system. It basically uses "heating glass."

There is a metal-coated layer on the glazing surface which allows an electric current through the surface.

The coated layer plays a role of the electric resistence and generates a certain amount of heat.(the electricity covers the load to maintain constant temperature)

The surface temperature can be controlled by its controller as a set temperature.

My concern is HOW WE CAN DESCRIBE this surface condition in ESP-R.

What do you think? Is there some way I can set a certain window surface as constant temperature in simulation?

Your advices will be highly appreciated.
