The geneeric heat emitter/absorber model has been adapted to account for
 mixed natural convection-forced convection and radiation effects.
Therefore an additional input was required. 
The penalty functions for the optimisation have consequently been
adapted. The upper and lower limit of physically impossible values of
the radiatorexponent are removed friom the solutions of the optimisation
process by adding high values to the cost function.
