A recent question about generating Admittance values for constructions
within ESP-r (in addition to the in-built report discussed in earlier emails to the list).
The Cibse admittance method is not a clear to understand method in general.
Cibse Guide A describes the method in detail and I think that it also has
code (Fortran if I remember well) that does some of the calculations.
Jeff Spitler and his co-auhors used basic modification of a program that uses
the admittance method in a parametric study in:
"Spitler J.D., Rees S.J. 1998. Quantitative Comparison of North American and
U.K. Cooling Load Calculation Procedures - Methodology. ASHRAE Transactions,
104 (2), pp. 36-46."
They call that program: BRE-ADMIT and they reference it as:
"Bloomfield, D.P. No date. BRE-ADMIT: Thermal design of buildings. Watford:
BRE Publishing, Building Research Establishment".
So, it might be better to contact BRE for more details on the method and
especially on the existing applications.

Georgios
