[esp-r] is it possible to simulate thermal+airflow+lighting with espr?

Dear all,

is it possible to annually simulate thermal+airflow+lighting with esp-r?

I hear from somebody espr can do this  combining  "RADANCE"  software.

any anwers are helpful.
