[esp-r] *.fcl file inclusion

Hello:

The IEA Annex 42 website lists *.fcl file which contain appliance and
lighting data.

It seems to indicate that this file type, and thus the load profile, may be
imported or used in ESP-r.

I cannot find (using search) any description of this on the internet,
cookbook, or user manual.

 

Could someone please direct me as to how to implement this load profile?
