[esp-r] why the Zone DB temperature is not under control?

Hi, all
 
I make a simple project in accordance with cookbook, geometry->construction->clinate-> topologyp->control(basic control), but unfortunately, after simulation, when result analysis, I found the temperature didn't controled as I expected, e.g. I set heating zone DB T is 20 C, but result shows zone temperature always lower than 14 C.
 and when I perform simulating, the default result file title is "libb", not as examlar's "*.rst", why? what is the possible reason?
