A question about 'silent running' simulation....

The silent running option is best used once you have proven that
the simulation runs ok interactively. If the simulation runs correctly
in silent mode it will stop automatically without any intervention
from the user.

A never ending simulation might just be a massive simulation - like
someone taking a 50 zone building and running it at one minute
timesteps and it might look like it is not doing anything. This
particularly
manifests itself with the GTK graphics version which tends to not
give much feedback while it is running.

Note there are options to monitor the simulation as it progresses
(in terms of zone temperatures and heat injections).

When to use silent-mode? Some practitioners write scripts to automate
runs and use the silent option.
