[esp-r] climate database

Hi all,

I have some questions on the climate database:

1) Currently, the x-axis on the graphical analysis shows the time (hours). Would it be possible to change it to days?

2) Synoptic analysis has direct normal and diffuse horizontal solar radiation. I am interested in global radiation, however this data is not available in the database. Would it be reasonable to assume global radiation is equal to direct + diffuse radiation?
