[esp-r] WANTED: Easier way to remove windows & doors

Hello all,

I don't know if I'm just missing something or if it's just not possible,
but I accidentally put a window in the wrong surface and when I removed
it there was a gaping hole left behind that was a bit of a pain to
remove.

Is there some way to remove the hole at the same time as the window or
door? If not, is there some wish-list that this can be added to?
