[esp-r] ESP-r installation

Hello all,

I'm a very beginner of UNIX environment and have installed ESP-r 11.1
on UBUNTU 6.06

but to run esp-r I have to every time repeat from the terminal the operation

gedit ~/.bash_profile

source ~/.bash_profile

there is some that it may helps me ???

another problem is that cannot browse plantc.db1 from the module
databases while from the plant network module  it works correctly,

like matters have to study to resolve this problems????
