<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">The issues that led to four short outages since 21 January have been resolved. Following intensive investigation of the software and hardware in SEES and ISD an issue within
the core Moodle script was identified and a fix was applied on the morning of Tuesday 28 January. Myplace has been running without incident since then. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p style="margin:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif""><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p style="margin:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">While MyPlace normally has a high degree of resilience (with availability generally in excess of 99%), we are only too aware that any period of disruption
is very frustrating to users and apologise for any inconvenience that has been caused. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and update you regularly.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p style="margin:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif""><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
